INFRARED TECHNOLOGY FOR ASPHALT ROAD REPAIR. (RE-CYCLING ASPHALT) - 

INFRARED TECHNOLOGY ( I R T ) .

The IRT technique re-cycles all the existing material by heating the asphalt to manufactures temperature (approx. 8 – 10 minutes). The area is racked and sprayed with rejuvenating oils to replace those that have oxidized. Fresh asphalt is added to the pothole or depression or removed from high spots and the area is compacted.

The Infrared RoadMASTER (IRMA) heater  repairs all types of road surfaces– The IRMA Heater will produce a permanent repair 6 times faster and at 1/3 the cost of current repairs.
